The reception area of your business says who you are; it is arguably the most important space within your office. It is the first and last place your visitors experience when visiting.

What is rarely considered is the fact that the reception area is also the LAST opportunity to impress your client.  In music, there is a line of thinking that goes something like, "You can muddy the middle if you have a great beginning and ending".  While this thought is, of course, tongue in cheek there value in starting and ending well.
