Have you planned your reception area for maximum effect? 

Too many businesses simply don't plan the statement they want to make to their visitors.  It's not always necessary to spend a ton of money to do this, but a little forethought IS critical. 

Is yours a professional office in a grade A commercial space but your reception area says "Early Swap Meet"?  Does your reception seating match in style and feel the desk you are using and does the furniture fit the room correctly?  Or are your chairs oversized and your clients need to step over each other?
