Indoff, Inc. warrants all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.  Indoff will repair or replace, at Indoff's option, to the original purchaser only, any defective parts during normal use.

Abuse, damage, cuts, burns, etc. are specifically excluded from this warranty.

Normal use is defined as 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. 

Indoff's liability is limited to replacement and or repair of the specific product in question.  Indoff bears no responsibility for any loss of income, inconvenience, loss of usefulness or any other issue beyond replacing or repairing the specific item.

Each manufacturer offers longer parts replacement warranties and Indoff will arrange for parts replacement under the manufacturer's warranty beyond the 1 year period.  However, Indoff bear's no responsibility beyond the 1 year warranty period.
