Return policy: Only items from the "Instant Ship" category may be returned.  Any return MUST have prior authorization, including a return authorization number, from Indoff, Inc.  The item must be returned in new condition and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  All returns will be inspected upon receipt.  The customer is responsible for return freight cost. 

Any non-stock cover, finish or size may not be returned.
